From: COVID-19 clinical and laboratory diagnosis overview

Mild

Severe

Critical

• Fever

• Respiratory symptoms

• Pneumonia on chest radiography

• Need to meet one of the following criteria:

• Respiratory distress, RR ≥ 30/min

• Resting blood oxygen saturation ≤ 93%

• Arterial blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2)/FiO2 ≤ 300 mmHg

• Need to meet one of the following criteria:

• Respiratory failure needing mechanical oxygenation

• Shock

• Development of other organ failures, requiring intensive care unit care
